Moment 4 Life Health & Living is a health initiative designed to assist people achieve good health and wellness and 'Live their best life'. As a qualified Naturopath, I have created a range of online health programs which include a holistic approach to achieving full body healing under the guidance of a qualified practitioner with step by step instructions, eating plans, lifestyle practices, professional supplementation and ongoing support.  

THIS PROJECT

The 'Prepare Me' Program a pre-conception care program designed to help women acheive healthy pregnancies, birth healthy babies and prevent miscarriages and other common birth defects. Stacey has been delivering this particular health program in clinic in a one on one setting for several years, but now has the desire to reach more women and change more lives by turning this program into a online program with video tutorials, professional scientific backed research, advice and information, specifically formulated practitioner only supplements and make this available by distance to help more families with healthy pregnancies. 

The Prepare Me program is extremely important to myself, due to my own traumatic experiences with 3 unexplained recurrent miscarriages, which is what feuled my desire to research as much as possible and put together solutions for other women, so that less women have to endure the distress of a lost pregnancy, but also to ensure babies are getting the best possible start to life and given the opportunity to grown in an environment that is nutritive, free of toxins and mums immune and nervous systems are in the best possible state to support their growth and development.

As a one woman show and full time mum, Moment 4 Life Health & Living needs your help to provide the funds to cover the costs of a website with a membership platform to host the program as well as other expenses.

The biggest challenge by far is raising the awareness among women and their partners as to how important preconception care is for the healthy development of babies. I would say 90% of the 50 plus women I have assisted with this program in clinic to date came to me because they had had a miscarriage, because its not until something goes wrong that we start to really consider the health of the body and the role of mum's nutritional status, genetic history, disease status, health history and emotional well being. Absolutely the best way to get this program out is by word of mouth and we want that to come about BEFORE women have experienced issues with conception, failed pregnancies or uncomfortable, unenjoyable pregnancies. 

I see far too many women who hate every minute of being pregnant, putting huge amounts of unhealthy weight and fluid retention leading to serious complications like hypertension, gestational diabetes, preeclampsia and increased risk of still births. 

When the body is not prepared for the dramatic changes in hormones that occur with pregnancy women struggle emotionally, their energy levels simply can't keep up, the immune system suffers and common side effects such as reflux, back pain, hip pain, morning sickness beyond the first trimester, severe weight gain, anxiety, frequent infections, stretch marks and much more.

I am so unbelievable passionate about assisting women in the perfect pregnancy, a pregnancy that they love every minute of,  because having a baby is such a miracle and it should be a memorable experience for all the right reasons!
