'KEEPER' is a 15 minute short comedy (with a dramatic twist) about a guardian angel, burdened with the frustrating job of protecting an extremely dull man, whose life seems wholly predictable and uneventful. Desperate to see his talents better utilised, the angel contacts his superiors, but his request for a transfer comes with some nasty strings attached…

KEEPER stars Francis Greenslade (The Micallef Programme) Syd Brisbane (Boxing Day, Silent Partner) and talented newcomer Giuliano Ferla.

Co-writer and director Adam Spellicy's previous short film, ‘The Body Watchers’, made the Top 100 at the 2009 St Kilda Film Festival and was awarded Best Australian Short Film at the 2009 Sexy International Film Festival, which screened the film in Melbourne, Paris, Los Angeles and New York.

KEEPER is a completely independent, self-funded production, which began shooting in February 2010, with principal photography wrapping in November 2010. To date, the film's production costs sit at around $20,000.

The production team is seeking extra funding through Fundbreak to help them complete audio post-production.
