At Last - The Etta James Story Starring the sensational Vika Bull
the two-hour narrative concert tells the story of soul legend Etta James
turbulent life and features some of her most beloved songs including
‘Tell Mama’, ‘Something’s Got A Hold On Me’, ‘Sugar On The Floor’,
the heartrending ‘I’d Rather Go Blind’, her iconic signature song ‘At
Last’ and many more.



Etta James not only sang the blues…she lived the blues, along
the way influencing a vast array of artists from Diana Ross,
Janis Joplin, Stevie Wonder, The Rolling Stones and Rod Stewart
and is acknowledged as inspiring the careers of a new generation of singers
from Christina Aguilera, Joss Stone, Adele and the late Amy Winehouse.







Vika Bull puts her heart, soul and funk into this amazing show
and is joined on stage by the sizzling-hot, The Essential R&B Band.
The show has stunned audiences across the country that at every
performance has demanded an encore with no less than two standing
ovations. When the cheering finally subsides the question on
everyone’s lips has been ‘where do I buy the CD?’


Following a smash-hit national tour, which included a sell-out
season at The Sydney Opera House, At Last – The Etta James Story is
returning to Melbourne’s Athenaeum Theatre from the 12th of November.
Tickets are selling fast and it is the sincere wish of Vika and the
band to have available for sale a CD featuring a selection of songs
from this unforgettable show.

The main challenge, if we don't have the campaign fully funded, is that we will be unlikely to produce the CD in time for the Melbourne run of shows. We had such a good response from the shows we did in February this year, with numerous requests for a CD featuring songs from the show.
