I’ve been playing bass and singing harmony vocals in the music business for 20 years now. In fact, from before i finished school. You will know my story if you are reading this. I’ve been touring with some of the biggest names in the business. I’ve honed my craft to a fine point. Living out of my comfort zone in life, I will continue to push boundaries with my music. It’s my own style... I’m real, raw and unfiltered.  

I truely believe I’m lucky to have been nurtured by my family and supported by the music industry as a whole for so long as it is. For all those Artists, colleagues, fans and old friends I have met in and around this beautiful country of ours... this is me hearing you... actually this is me LISTENING to you. I have been too long in the background. It’s time to step into the spotlight and stand tall centre stage. 

Thank you so much for all your encouragment, from the bottom of my heart. And with all the emotion I have ever mustered... I will make you proud. This project is for you. You have believed in me all along, now I finally believe in myself.

I have thought long and hard on how to approach this. It seems to literally crowd fund the album is the only option for me. Yes I do need your help. I see this as sellng in reverse so I don’t want your donation... you are buying a product in advance of recieving it ( Pre-sale ). But I need the funds up front to make the wheels turn. Albeit 10 years late.

This Pozible medium seems to be quite popular for getting things off the ground in many ways. It is very official and will serve to secure the funds and keep everything above board. I will not draw a wage from this. I have already tried to keep the budget tight but realistic. The price for keeping all this safe for everyone is 5% to the company who runs this for me. Pozible.com

I have broken down the costs that your contributions will go towards below. It’s more expensive that even I realised. So my delay to this wasn’t all about going out on my own. There are many cogs that add to the machine and therefore the overall price of making a decent product. I want you to actually enjoy it! And to know I appreciate you being a massive reason for this project coming to fruision. 

I’ve heard many of you ask when I would release something over the years but never imagined it could be possible.

It certainly adds up doesn’t it? As we start to get funding together I will get a photo shoot booked and release teaser videos and the like. Let you know how the songs are coming together. I aim to film some of the recording process so you can watch the action unfold. My presence here will look fairly bare until I get some of this locked in. Don’t worry I will be working hard behind the scenes to bring you updates and more visable and audible content. 

The songs are the strength of any album.  I have already written a few good songs and made serious connections with award winning songwriters both here and aboard as we put this together. I know many of them personally and it will be a pleasure to finally work with them in this way. I’m also rearranging some songs you know and love. Songs that add to the entirety of this project. Songs that strike a chord and have meaning to me.

I’m currently in talks with a gun Producer and various recording studios and musicians so i can express my music to you in the exact way it’s intended. It will be a joint effort between my US and Austalian connections. I feel more creative freedom than ever before and the only way is up.

The way crowd funding works is as follows... if we DO NOT make the target by the end date - I DO NOT get any of the money. Also the money WILL NOT be taken from your account/credit card etc until we do make the target. I hope you like the rewards I have come up with for your ever-so-kind pledges.
