Limited Edition Gin + Tile
We've made a Gin especially to commemorate the opening of our cellar door, this gin will not be for sale after opening. It will be numbered batch 1. (We've entered it into the San Francisco World Spirits Competition) All legends that pledge $100 and over will have tile designed by ceramic artists designing a tile with your name that will placed in the new Cellar Door. All who visit the cellar door will see it and know your legendary status in the establishment.

We will host Spirits and Pre-Mix Making classes when the cellar door is open. The gin class will consist of: 1. A class on how gin is made 2. Tasting how a range of botanicals present after distillation 3. Experiment with flavour pairing 4. Make your 2x750ml bottles of Gin You can book your preferred date once the Cellar Door is open. Aged Spirits Class + Name Tile
We'll take you through making an aged spirit from start to finish. Whether it is Whisk(e)y, Rum, Brandy or a mix we'll make (over multiple sessions) the wash, distil, make cuts, and choose the barrel that best represents your vision. This will make 6.5L of cask strength spirit. The barrel will be a Bad Motivator Barrel (stainless steel and oak hybrid to replicate the surface area of a larger barrel). You can leave it to age in the distillery, or take it home. All legends that pledge over $100 will get a tile designed with their name to be placed in the new Cellar Door. All who visit the cellar door will see it and know your legendary status in the establishment.
