Hi everyone,
My name is Kate Andrews (from Wild Creative, Author).
I'm a mother with a pre teen daughter and a son on a mission to educate kids everywhere on the power of change.
My book Bodywise A Puberty and Period Guide is written. It just needs your help to launch.
I want a world where all girls have a foundation of knowledge about the way their bodies change as they grow up.

Girls begin puberty younger than ever before yet many I've worked with still lack a basic understanding of the changes that occur during their shift towards adolescence. This includes periods.
We often fear what we don’t know.
Many of us weren’t given any information about how to listen to our bodies, the power of our intuition
or how to use a single period product.
Understanding that puberty is a transformation of her whole self gives your daughter a chance to practise resilience and better manage her mental health.
Educating herself about how her period is a signal for self care provides a framework for your daughter to navigate her way through childhood and arrive at adolescence as an empowered young woman.
This applies to all girls, everywhere.
* We deserve to know about how a healthy female body works.
* We deserve to understand why we get a period and have choices about the products we use.
* We deserve to love our bodies at all times of the month,
not fit someone else's ideal of what we should look like.
* We deserve to feel free in our choices.
* We deserve to let our wilder selves be seen, heard and felt.
* These are the parts connected to our intuition and life force.
* These are the parts that keep us safe.
