Juan BobedaHello Broadlink team, I received my SmartONE alarm and connected the S1 successfully, but when I try to connect any sensor after reading the bar code I get a message saying that the Internet connection is poor, please check network connection or try again. But I have an excellent network connection and have tried to connect many times without success. PLEASE HELP ME!11y

The problem that when I try to connect with 3g/4g I get the message "please obtain certificate again" the same happen with rm2 pro and tci, idon't have that problem with eair which is connecting perfectly.
