About Us
Since 2009 the label has worked tirelessly with emerging artist's throughout the global psychedelic community to deliver 11 releases which showcase music from a deeply dedicated and passionate team. Artist's and DJ's from diverse country's such as Australia, Mexico, USA, Switzerland, India, Greece, Canada, Italy, Ireland and the UK have converged together and the global community has responded by gracefully including our original brand of world class music into their hearts and minds. Our range of free and commercial releases have settled nicely into a gamut of authentic labels delivering their best into the next aeon.
Steady and constant input from each member of the team at Fish 'n Trips has seen the birth of the label grow from unknown entity to world class music distributor. Massive efforts from the label's owner S.E.T.H (Luke Burns), mastering engineer Felix Greenlees and debut album artist's Atomgrinder (Ben Addison), Boom Nasha (Pascal Bourguignon) and Spunje (Tadge Hanrahan) demonstrates our label's unique and authentic "knack" for producing just about every sound you might hear at outdoor psychedelic events.
As 2013 approaches Fish 'n Trips Records looks to our global community to assist every artist and member of our team to produce our new music via our favourite international sellers like psyshop, Saiko sounds and of course direct from us at events and our website.
Our artist's and team members all love the idea and have made arrangements to move our production from strictly digital downloads to physical mediums like CD and DVD formats.
This decision means your contribution can change the legacy of our global community forever and will allow us to continue delivering our very best music to you at the best possible prices. Further to this we will be offering a launch event for the new format early in 2013 in which you are all invited. Of course we will also continue to offer our releases as downloads in both the free and retail market place.

About the CD
The Planned initial CD release will blur the psychedelic and progressive trance genre's with styles ranging from Dark Progressive to Psygressive and Psytrance with a BPM range from about 132 BPM to 142 BPM. Fish 'n Trips is selecting music we feel defines the area's we haven't yet covered in our previous releases while sticking to basic keywords like "edgy and driving psytrance" to describe our dance-floor sounds. We will be aiming to fill at least 8 song placements, possibly more depending on final track lengths of each submitted works. Our overall style can be described as "seriously, fun" with a current working title for our CD series set as: The Master Baiters 1.0.
The CD will feature at least one highly experienced "infamous" producer (EG: Electrypnose, Broken Toy, ect) while also sticking to our roots and including emerging artist's who deliver strong psychedelic doses of audio enlightenment with a little less glitter but just as much glamour.
Fish 'n Trips has exists to support artist's and has always been about maintaining relationships and delivering amazing music. We like to work alongside artist's and DJ's who consider themselves part of a huge machine and not the machine itself.
We exist for art and the all the hard work behind it. Fish 'n Trips never pander to anything less. Those who have worked with the brand understand each spoke in the wheel strengthens our shared vision of more events and music for us all.
The release will run in three stages with short (approx 3 week) intervals.

About the Re-launch EventOur Launch event aims at showcasing a mix of music in an outdoor setting with 24 hrs of non-stop audio. Our party planning is based on a classic formula of 3pm Saturday to 3pm Sunday. Included in the discussion to add to our event lineup are the following DJ's and Melbourne based artist's. These are NOT CONFIRMED but instead should act as a guide to who Fish 'n Trips Records would like see involved at the event.
