'Bird Watching' is a student film by 2nd year film students at Murdoch University. We are all very passionate about this product, and believe that with some monetary help, we can turn this fantastic script into a beautiful work of screen art.
The film is a dark comedy centering on a married couple bickering while unsuccessfully bird watching. Meanwhile the threat of a serial killer grows ever nearer. The threat is heightened through the use of time shifts, moving forward and backward in time to show the horror of the serial killer, contrasting it against the comparatively insignificant bickering. We’ve got a great cast led by Anastatia Ward and Neil Mackinnon, and a great crew.
