Callaghan Foley

I'm Callaghan and I need your help to create a music video for ‘White Flamingo’ by Apollo house, about the moment we decide to take control of our own lives. 

Our film is about a woman who breaks the pattern she has fallen into, of being a passive bystander in her own life. Sometimes we can all fall into monotonous routines and feel like you’re not really living your life. Our music video explores this idea and shows the struggle one must face to break the cycle and begin feeling active in one's own life.

Maggie Brittingham - Director

Maggie has a wealth of experience in bringing moving and amazing films to life. Having directed a 16mm short entitled ‘Fade' and a documentary about her friend called 'Transpiration' Maggie is the best director around and is keen to make this film a reality.

Annika Rigg - Director of Photography

Annika has a keen eye for detail and is the original concept creator for 'White Flamingo’. Keen to try her skills in some difficult shooting locations she has worked on some great films in her career.

Maddy Owen - Production Designer

Maddy is a sweet cookie but don't let looks deceive you, she is an amazing producer and is utilising her skills as a talented production designer. Organising and purchasing everything from white material to costumes.

Jaide Innes - Editor

Jaide is technologically savvy and talented. She has experience with Da Vinci Resolve, Adobe Premiere Pro and many other programs to help craft beautiful stories and visually magic pieces.

In order to make this project come to life we need to pay for props, locations, catering and hire lighting and equipment to fully realise this film. Our total budget is just over $600 and we want to crowdfund half of it. The rest will be out of our own pockets to help realise this film for our university submission and produce it to a high standard for distribution to a number of different platforms
