Jean ProuvaireTo follow up my earlier comment, the lack of response to my two messages resulted from them not being forwarded to the project creator's email, due to a hiccup in the Pozible system. George Palmer responded very quickly and apologetically to an email sent to him directly, and the various rewards have been/are being sent.14y
Jean ProuvaireIt has been nearly two months since the project reached its target and the reward for my substantial contribution has not been received. I have sent two messages to George and Claire Palmer which have both been ignored. Are the artists involved in this project aware how their supporters have been treated? I will certainly be much more hesitant in funding future projects as a result of this experience. Under Pozible rules project creators must refund in full contributions when rewards are not delivered. I trust that George and Claire Palmer will do this as a matter of urgency.14y
