In 2013, Mahogany Rise Primary School in Frankston North (aka 'The Pines') established an Australian first - a crowdfunded overseas learning experience for 9 children who would not otherwise have access to such an opportunity. Along the way, the project was awarded the inaugural Kathy Hilton OAM Ardoch 'Making a Difference' award and was documented in the independent film "No Sausage Sizzle" (available to view online at www.togetherwerise.com.au). The present project aims to again take a handful of children on a life changing journey to Europe. We would love for you to get behind us! Every dollar will count towards changing lives!

How The Funds Will Be Used

The funds will be used towards the $30,000+ required to take 8 children from Frankston North, Australia to Great Britain to experience school and family life on a two week overseas learning project

The Challenges

The challenges will be to re-engage our 250+ individual supporters from the 2013 project. We are very confident that enough supporters will again get behind us to make this project another outstanding success.

A DVD film documenting the journey of the children involved. Check out the 2013 Journey to Scotland film from our last project at www.togetherwerise.com.au
