The Ellish Productions team have been developing the story of Corporate Deities for the past 2 or so years. The story was developed around Annalisa Pansini's (Ellish Productions) work life in the corporate world over the past 20 years.

Corporate Deities is a dark comedy, with some vivid drama. It follows the life of Natalie, a young, beautiful, dare-devilish corporate hotshot, who having survived numerous life threatening events, has embraced life and all of what it throws at her.

It's an original concept. Our goal is to film the pilot episode and use the pilot to pitch to networks in Australia and possibly overseas. Submission to festivals will be another avenue we will go down to widen our scope for the shows success. Elliott Collinson (Ellish Productions) wrote the script and he will also be directing the project on debut, working alongside a solid and well seasoned professional crew.

The Challenges

During the development process, and also being a first time writer, we sought the advice of well respected industry professionals for guidance. This was paramount to the success of the development process and we owe a lot to our industry friends for taking the time to read and critique the project along the way. Every production has to overcome many hurdles before it can even go into the filming process. Writing and development is at the top of the list. Spending the hours preparing a production ready for filming is the most important step in any projects success. As they say in the industry; without a great script, you don't have a potentially great production.

Raising money is now what is needed to help this project become a reality, and this is where YOU come in. In order to help our dream and our creativity thrive, your donation, no matter how small, will help us give this campaign what it deserves and needs, especially because you will be supporting original Australian content. The task of locating and securing some sort of finance for film and television productions can be the straw that breaks the camels back.
