Nannies by Nature’s mission is to connect parents with a network of trustworthy, loving and capable carers; offering a stress-free, personalized experience through affordable babysitting and nanny agency services for various working arrangements. We connect families with a network of experienced babysitters and nannies, who understand the agency's paramount values; and have not only experience, mandatory checks and glowing references. They support your child's development in different areas. With a nurturing approach, they provide the best care whilst having a can-do attitude to relieve some stress around the house through performing light housekeeping duties.
As our Vision, Nannies by Nature aims to meet the more diverse needs of families as the role of a nanny evolves, and the demands and trends of the market changes. Our purpose is to be a leading provider of a quality pool of carers, whilst continuing to offer accessible pricing across our community.
We are based in Sydney's Northern Beaches; and with your help, aim to expand across Metropolitan Sydney areas.
The current memberships we offer are:
- Flex Membership: Let us be your on-call nanny concierge whenever you need a carer! For Casual bookings only.
- Lite Membership: 3 gigs/bookings per calendar month
- Plus Membership: 7 gigs/bookings per calendar month
- All-in Membership: Unlimited gigs/bookings per calendar month

Budget Overview
The budget requested will be split into start-up costs, operative, compliance, and marketing fees to ensure the business is set up as it should and reaches visibility. Please remember, if we are able to exceed the original funding, we will be able to get more exposure and expand faster to deliver affordable nanny services to more families across Metropolitan Sydney areas.
