Hi there!

My name is Georgia and my mother Julie is the owner of The Brownie Bar, a boutique chocolate brownie cafe based in South East Melbourne.

We have over 15 different flavours of chocolate brownies plus brownie sundaes and shakes.



We opened our first ever store in July last year and since getting on our feet we have come up with a whole heap of ideas to improve our store even more.

We really want to add a coffee machine, add to our menu as well as place some tables and seats out the front. We just recently introduced a Brownie High Tea which we think would go perfectly with a good cup of coffee. :)

We are also looking to add in another fridge so we can add in more food and desserts.

We are planning to stock Yarra Valley Silva Coffee in the cafe and they are helping us source a machine! We are also playing around with the idea of creating brownie ice-cream sandwiches over the next few months!

We are really excited!

We are trying to fund most of these improvements ourselves but we would love a bit of help from our friends! We are asking for $1000 to help us purchase the coffee machine. Any extra funds we receive will go towards paying for employee barista courses and getting an outside seating permit!

Our biggest challenge will be to find a good quality machine at a good price. Luckily our friends at Silva Coffee have been helping keep an eye out for us!
