I am very excited to announce that my debut album, The Ruins Of An Over-Enthused Heart, is set to be released in August of this year.

This record has been the container for a gentle and insistent probe at purpose, politics, and partnership, a time capsule filled with worries, questions, and lessons from many versions of myself - all of which continue to come back around to visit from time to time.  My friend Cailtin has described it as "at once a knife, a salve and an elixir". I would describe it as familiar like the back of my hand, yet always shape shifting to match my outfit.

This record was recorded across two studios and three bedrooms, written in four cities over five years. During creation it was blessed by the expertise of many wonderful people, held by dear friends, and supported so far by Carclew.

The endeavour to produce physical copies of this record is an attempt to reclaim reciprocity between musician and listener, to champion the ritual of intentional music listening, to bycott the fuckers profiting off of artists great and tiny, and to assist in cultivating a slightly more viable future in music.

Imagining these songs in your home... your car... your EARS... brings me much joy and grattitude. I am giddy with anticipation! Thankyou so very much for your support and presence.
