Savage Society was born through having a market stall at Rainbow Serpent in January 2012. A few months later we had a crazy goal to create a website in 12hrs. This was achieved through our dedicated team who have a shared passion towards art and design, incredibly we made this happen overnight.
Since our arrival we've worked together with some truly talented artists and it's been a pleasure to highlight their raw skills and sell their work online. Now in 2014 we are looking to do even bigger and better things which is why we are here launching this Pozible campaign.
In the spirit of pushing boundaries we will also match the generosity of your support towards this campaign. We've teamed up with the Asylum Seeker Resource Centre and Hotham mission with a commitment to donate one New T-shirt for every T-shirt sold during this campaign.
We call this 'Tees for Refugees' and we're really excited to make a difference locally through our label. Not only will you be contributing to incredible designs and artistic talent through Savage Society but your contributions will also be providing new clothing items to those in need.
We'd love for you to get involved and collect some awesome rewards while also supporting such a worthy cause.

How The Funds Will Be Used
Our goal is to raise $3750 in 40 days, this will contribute to
- Production and delivery costs for our amazing T-shirts/rewards to you: $1875
- Payment for NEW designs through Savage artists: $900
- Investment towards upcoming projects: $515
- Essential website changes: $460
Please note, for every T-shirt purchased during this campaign one New T-shirt will be donated through Savage Societies existing stock range. These have already been printed and paid for prior to the campaign and will be provided to the ASRC and Hotham Mission*. (*This is to ensure an even distribution of T-shirts between both charities and that materials will be donated where there is a genuine need).
The Challenges
Our T-shirts are printed via DTG technology from a producer in Sydney which gives a super smooth result and a professional finish . We also screen print some one colour designs here in Melbourne. Needless to say, there are set up costs involved, shipping costs, payment for artwork and other raw materials associated.
Currently we have 13 Designs available on www.savagesociety.com.au but we're looking to offer a broader collection and double our existing range this summer. Your donations and pledges towards rewards will make this a reality.
The real risk and challenge could be not meeting our campaign goal which would result in not being able to donate T-shirts to refugees and less designs available for purchase on the website.
We believe in the power of people coming together for a shared cause, so during this campaign the power is yours to pledge towards Savage Society and make great things happen in 2014.
