About 'Trash':
Meet Jake. After a serious spat with his girlfriend Claire, he's got something in need of urgent disposal and a secret he's too ashamed to tell (almost) anyone. Enter Marty, his party-loving, dropkick brother, with a car big enough to take the goods and a zen attitude. The pair tackle nosy neighbours, veganism and flaming bonsai in their quest to get rid of the evidence without a trace.
Starring Rob Johnson (of 'Sydney University App Guy' fame), Allister Haire (making his film debut after a long career of playing sexually charged stage characters) and Michael Shea (hot off the set of 'Drugs in the Workplace Training Video'), 'Trash' reminds us that no matter what (or who) you dispose of in life, you can't get rid of family ties.
Where will my money go?
Your money will ensure that 'Trash' doesn't look like trash - with your generous donation we can aspire to better camera, sound and lighting equipment, and stronger production design. If we exceed our fundraising goals, we can also enter 'Trash' into the national and international festival circuit, giving the film an even wider viewership.
