Martin FiskPalliative - at home - care is so important. My dad died peacefully in his bed, holding my hand and surrounded by family. I recently spent some time (as a visitor) in hospital and saw many old people in their last moments: clinical, crowded, foreign. Hospital staff are great but it is, still at the end of the day, a hospital. We should support more people to be able to die peacefully and pain free in their own beds if we can... Great project and looking forward to seeing it come to fruition! Marty11y
