'Breadcrumbs' is the title of a stop motion animation I'm dying to make!
It will run from 5-10 minutes (A more exact time will be established once the film is completely storyboarded) and will expand on the world and characters established in "The Crumb That Got Away".
The hapless Jakob is sitting down to enjoy a delightful cupcake. He is distracted momentarily by a phone call from a telemarketer. When he returns, he finds his cupcake is on the move!

Carried aloft by Max the Ant, the cupcake seems like it won't be long for this world, but Jakob won't take this loss sitting down. He gives chase, in one of the most ambitious, exciting, humorous chase scenes to ever make its way to a screen of any kind.*
The name 'Breadcrumbs' stems from the fact that as Max the Ant travels, he unwittingly leaves breadcrumbs behind. These keep the chase going, and give the story a happy ending that you'll have to watch the movie to see!
I've set the funding at $3000 AUD, partly to cover the cost of a high-def camera (fairly important piece of kit, that) as well as taking care of the artistically distracting business of having to worry about where my next job is coming from.
I'm hoping the rewards will excite you. I love animating, especially because the kinds of stop motion films I make mandate the use of my other skills, including electronics, welding, knitting, music and character acting.
