I am a baker of decadent hand made biscuits and need a delivery vehicle (for the Perth metropolitan area) so I can deliver my fresh baked cookies to you.
THE BUDGET ...
...I have set at $10 000. Obviously it won't quite get me a swanky new mini like the one above - but it will go a long way to finding an awesome vehicle that will deliver biscuits.
THE BUDGET BREAKDOWN
$9 000 - $12000 for a second hand Kia 'Soul" or Renault "Kangoo"
$500 for logo and sticker work
$500 for registering and licencing (including private number plate)
$1000 for the first 3 months fuel.

Hello I'm Lisa Walsh and this is my sweet story.
Two and a half years ago, from one much loved chocolate biscuit recipe, and the passion for baking -sprang an idea.
"Hey......what happened to the humble cookie?"
"Why are cupcakes getting all the lime light?"
"Why can't biscuits be cool?"
Enter..... Cookie Dough Biscuits! An entirely unique concept- thought up by me, created by me, developed by me, nurtured by me, loved by me and .........mmm... sampled by me. (Also the reason I took up running - but that's an entirely different story!)
Cookie Dough biscuits are rich, soft, buttery little cookies - a few bites only - that I make from scratch, in small batches with natural ingredients. (like butter, free-range eggs and natural sugar). They have seriously generous chunks of chocolate, fruits and nuts and with over 20 varieties - there is something to please everyone. From the rich decadent Dutch cocoa to the fresh zing of citrus fruit to real creamy peanut butter and chocolate. They are best eaten within 10 days and there are no horrible preservatives added to the dough to make them last longer.
And frankly why would you want them to?
As you can see, I want to bring you the best sweet biscuits I possibly can, and with freshness being important to me - I decided to sell my wares to you guys directly - through wonderful local artisan markets. What I love about the markets is getting to meet my customers face to face and learn more about what you want and that helps me make my biscuits even better. I have also loved belonging to a community of like-minded people (and being a creative spirit with a mind always brimming with ideas) - it has been refreshing to find locals encouraging each other to flourish. Like learning photography from a talented photographer in just a two hour workshop (yep - the ones here are actually mine!)
FAST FORWARD TO NOW- and I am six weeks away from opening my very first Cookie Dough Biscuit store and cafe and I would love to complete the dream of getting fresh baked cookies to as many of you as would like them.
I started this business with just $200 and after baking from my small rented home kitchen (with one domestic mixer and a standard oven), I am excited to be moving into a commercial kitchen and amping up production. A cool set of Cookie Dough wheels has always been my vision and well......it just wouldn't be possible without you.
WHAT IT WOULD MEAN
Well firstly.......it would mean the world to me, to not just have you support my dream and vision, but to have you believe in what I have created so much that it would be worthy of your time and investment.
And secondly....for my family (which consists of me -a home baker, a shift worker and two sparkly children) it would mean a chance to build what I have created into something that could not only support me - but see my husband move from shift work into joining the business - and being home in time for dinner.
