In December I'll be exhibiting at Constance ARI in Hobart. This is an exciting opportunity for me to host a solo show interstate. Although I've exhibited individual pieces interstate before and have exhibited well in South Australia, I've never hosted a solo show at a gallery as impressive as Constance ARI. I'll be exhibiting an interactive sculptural installation piece called 'Rabbit Hole.'

I'm running this campaign to ask your help with covering some of the costs involved in travelling and freighting my work to Hobart.

Flying to Tasmania is expensive! If I make $750 dollars from this campaign I'll be spending more than half of it on flights. I've looked and so far the cheapest return tickets start at about $400.

I'll spend about $150 freighting my work over from Adelaide.

The rest (about $200) would go towards publicity, cataloging and hanging materials. I'll be committing whatever money and time I can towards my own food, accommodation, materials, and transport.

The main obstacle to this project's success is the Bass Strait and the cost of crossing it. This can be solved with some careful budgeting.

I've carefully calculated the costs of travel and accommodation.

With a little financial assistance, through this project and/or supplementary grant funding which I've applied for, I can concentrate on the set up and reception of this exhibition in Hobart.
