Hi everyone! Luke Sheehan here on behalf of Compound Fiasco Productions.

We're currently looking for investors for a new short, tentatively titled "THE DOCTOR WILL SEE YOU NOW". A post-apocalyptic short, set amidst a plague epidemic in the future. To quarrantine those infected, the New Government has recruited Doctors, reminiscent of the Plague Doctors in the1300's. Flanked by two bodyguards, they seek out those infected and take them away for treatment. The short focuses on one such doctor making a house-call, with some disastrous results.

Animated by Jarrod Elvin of Mick Macks, music by Luis Rojas of Shanghai/The Red Room/Mechanical Black and featuring some talented voice actors (to be confirmed, so far we're in the audition process) and having a few touch-ups of the script from Stephen Davis (Drown, A Very Black Comedy Indeed, Bored Olives), we're looking to release this to various festivals around the globe and release it on the Compound Fiasco and Mick Macks channels.

To get everyone on-board and make this the best it can be, we're in need of some cash to the tune of $2500. The funds will be distributed accordingly:

-Payment of voice actors

-Paying for animation

-Script editing and workshopping

-Any extra costs that may come up

While all of this will end up costing far more (probably around $5000), $2500 is a good a start to actually getting this thing off the ground.

As I've never done animation before and more trained in dealing with live action cinema, getting my vision and image across to Jarrod may be a little crippled compared to previous projects.
