SPACE follows John, an estranged father and husband, trying to connect with his family in the final days before he leaves indefinitely.Overcome with a sense of hopelessness, John’s perception of reality distorts and he struggles to understand his feelings of isolation. His emotional turmoil and feelings of displacement culminate at a surprise going away party thrown by his wife…



'Space' is our graduate project and we are on track for creating an award winning film but we do need help paying for the more expensive aspects!
A large portion of our budget will go towards making a set for the final scene but donated funds will also go towards make up and prosthetics, catering for our wonderful cast and crew, and extensive production design creating John's world.

For this production we are shooting in September from Monday the 23rd to Sunday the 29th. This means that, whilst we have a lot of time for pre-production, our post-production time requirements for assessment will be quite strained. However, since we will be building a small set and having an intense audition process the time in pre-production will be well spent ensuring a better final film.
This also allows us a chance to find an appropriate location and work through the finer details of our shoot, so we can use all the time we have on set wisely.
