My dogs have managed to have me on the run quite a few times. Luckily i have been home those times and was able to catch them. 

Thats what got me thinking about what i would do if i wasn't there or unable to keep up with them. 

I went looking for a GPS collar system, unfortunately i was unable to find anything that provided real time maps and reasonable prices. 

What i want to do is develop a GPS collar that is un-ntrusive on the dog and provides an online/mobile app feedback to owners where their dogs are at all times, with geographical boundaries that notify them when their dogs leave that area. 

The system will have a subscription model for online viewing, with different prices for different levels.
