CUPCAKES. Cupcakes. They're delicious. They're easy to make! They're even easier to eat! But then there's the clean up, and always having more cake than one person to eat. Or you want to treat your family but just don't have time to bake. Maybe you can't have dairy products, or gluten, or maybe you've made the decision not to consume animal products.
Let us do all the work for you! We LOVE to bake, and we especially love to bake for those who can't just grab something from their local bakery. We'll deliver our mini cupcakes to you every month, so you can treat yourself... and maybe those closest to you. We can deliver to your home or office, or anywhere you'll be for at least a couple of hours.
At at this stage we can only deliver in Metropolitan Melbourne.

How The Funds Will Be Used
Largely the fund will go towards the fulfilment of the rewards! We'll buy the best ingredients Melbourne can provide, we'll deliver to your door via environmentally conscious means (ie, bike or public transport!), and we'll be able to regularly donate cupcakes to Kinfolk Cafe and Good2Go to help fund their awesome projects!
If the campaign is WILDLY successful, funds will go towards a permanent location for the business, and we'll expand our donations to other cafes and projects! We're all about giving back to the community, and we'd love for you to help us out with that!
Specifically:
$200 will go to the fulfilment of the rewards and donating cupcakes to Kinfolk and Good2Go
$50 will go towards delivery costs.
$250 will go towards business establishment costs.
Stretch goals:
$500 for kitchen registration costs.

The Challenges
One of the biggest issues we will face is fulfilment. Eat Me Cupcakes has been through a couple of different iterations and we've had issues with having enough orders to be able to make the project worthwhile. We're hoping that with approaching the project in this manner: establishing a minimum number of orders, that it will make it much easier to keep things going.
If we are so very overwhelmed with orders, we will reach out and look at hiring people to help with both the baking and the deliveries, to ensure that everyone gets their reward!
