Grandma’s dead, the funeral went for three hours, and now it’s the wake. Drinks are flowing, stories are coming out and the aunts are uncomfortable; no one seems to be able to get into the ladies’ toilets.

Hidden in the loo, Stephanie and Veronica are trying to prepare for the excruciating evening ahead of them with their family…

From the creative team that brought you the sell-out Fringe World smash hit Hello Boys, Flushed delves deep beneath the surface of family life to uncover all the uncomfortable and hilarious truths we’d rather keep hidden.

Although Grandma would say that no lady should spend this much time in the toilet, for Steph and Ronnie, the writing is very much on the wall…

Our goal of $1,500 will mean that we can pay back (in a small way) our amazing cast and creatives for their awesomeness on this project and tireless commitment to the arts. Furthermore, it will also allow us to dress out sets and clothe our performers. It will cover everything from pre-production to post-production and everything in between!
The budget break down will be $1,000 for cast/creative involvement (7 in total) and $500 for set/props and marketing.

Oh, and did I mention that that there will be a toilet photo booth?!

Naturally, not having full funding prior to the commencement of a project is always challenging, but as they say, the show must go on. It may mean that we all have to take up a second, third and maybe fourth job to get us off the ground, but we'll do what it takes. It of course, would be a little easier with your help!
