I have been given the opportunity to travel to Cambodia and visit several orphanages and a clinic. While there I will be producing a documentary of what the orphans are facing and conditions in Cambodia. I have never been to Cambodia before, but I did travel through Papua New Guinea in 2008 and produced a small documentary video while there.

A fellow photographer, Flemming Bo Jensen, has kindly allowed me to use some of his images from his trip to Cambodia to promote this project!

My previous experience in producing videos has mainly come out of my own photography business, where I produce videos of each wedding we photograph, using a fusion of photography and video, there are several samples that can be seen on my Vimeo channel:  http://vimeo.com/blaque I would like to use these techniques to produce several mini documentaries, as well as a series of limited edition photographic prints.

I am a professional photographer & videographer, I run a business called Blaque Studios that primarily targets weddings and portraits. I have already raised $2000 for the trip, I need a further $2500 to fund the trip fully. Further funds will go towards post-production, print and DVD production costs.
