The Holiest One is an entirely self-funded web series (with special thanks to our good friends at Mastercard plus the extreme generosity of our AMAZING cast) currently in its post-production phase. Meeting our goals with this Pozible will help us ensure the final product sounds and looks as good as possible. Funds will also be allocated towards Festival Submission Fees and Marketing ensuring the series can reach the widest audience around the world.

• Exclusive access to the full Outtakes Reel, featuring more than 30 minutes of alternate lines, bloopers and improv from our hilarious cast including talent from The Groundlings, UCB, The Improv Conspiracy, YouTube, and yes Nonna Ida. 

• If we reach our target we will record The Congregation Podcast, one full episode of the self-help podcast seen in the series, featuring cult leader The Teacher (David Meadows), his assistant April (Emily Joy) and special appearances from other members of the cast playing new characters from the show's universe. We have some hilarious ideas planned and would love to make this a reality!

• VIP Invite to the cast screening in Melbourne or if unable to attend a private screening with the show creators.

*We filmed half the series in Los Angeles and it will be available to watch on TVs via several popular streaming services like Amazon Prime Video. So close enough ;)

About The Show

The Holiest One is a new 10 part web series following the trials of an Australian cult follower as she attempts to start a new chapter in Los Angeles. From the creators of Maddalena, The Holiest One will launch May 2019 on all streaming platforms.

Starring Sarah Nicolazzo, Anne Akhila, Tom Michelsen, Catherine Glavicic, Ida Monitto, David Meadows and Emily Joy.

Featuring special appearances by Helena Ruse (Leftovers - YouTube), Goodall and Gallagher (Antisocial - YouTube), Michael Mack (Rostered On - Netflix), Ash Flanders (Sisters Grimm), Bron Batten (Onstage Dating), Chanella Macri, Nick Clark, Shelbyrae Black, Ezra Parter, Jessica Tanner, Rebecca Bastiaensz, Samantha Greenwood and many more.

We are looking to raise enough money to finalise post-production on the series, specifically the sound design so we can give the series an epic original soundtrack and layer in all the suitable atmospherics for the epic tale we have imagined. 

Funds raised will also go towards our marketing budget which includes Festival Entry Fees and Facebook Advertising. There are at least 20 worldwide festivals we want to submit to and with entry fees varying between $50 to $100 the costs really begin to add up.

Last year, we submitted our previous series Maddalena into a dozen festivals and got into more than half of them, we even attended one in New York which was an invaluable experience that has really helped us grow our relationships in this industry. We'd love to have the same experience with this series because we think it has the potential to have a greater impact and we really want to get it out there.

Any additional funds will go towards our cast screening, this series could not have been made without the generosity of our entire cast and we'd love to thank them by holding a proper screening in Melbourne (and maybe if we get the chance LA one day).
