Prema Joy

Girls Shift Africa is an organisation in Kenya Africa. My Project is about raising the funds for me to fly there and run a 10 day workshop on Self Esteem and Empowerment, along with 4 other women from around the world, for the Girls through the mediums of Music, song, dance, painting, and drama. I need approx $3,500 for flights and $500 for accommodation, $2,000 is for the materials and things needed for the paint etc. Total $6,000. 

if you check out  http://www.youthshiftafrica.org/ this is the base organisation for Girls Shift Africa and shows the work that is already being done. I will be able to offer my expertise and knowledge and teach self development and awareness. This will empower the girls to continue to empower themselves and to teach others, therefore putting in a great structure and making a difference from the ground up, or inside out. :)  Our project is really about creating CHANGE through uplifting and empowering.

I currently run an organisation called Awakening Hearts & Healing Association www.awakeninghearts.com.au where you can see evidence of courses and things run on the blog. I am also a member of Unite the Light www.unitethelight.com.au  where we are running talks and events to raise the social standing of others especially girls.
