Raising Ravens

Dear friends, family and supporters.

Raising Ravens need your help! We are embarking on another tour of the amazing Japan this year and are running a crowd funder to assist with expenses. We are hoping to raise $5000,00 and will be funding the rest of the tour ourselves while also working towards the goal of a second album due for release mid-2026.

It is no secret that touring as an independent, self-funded band is a difficult task which over the past few years, has become even more challenging. It is not always possible to juggle the strain of constant gigging, work and family life to raise enough funds to function effectively while continuing to produce quality work that reflects the standard expected and required to deliver our art as professionally as possible.

We are aware that international touring is a luxury not afforded many and we will do our absolute best to represent the Australian music scene where many amazing bands exist yet often don’t have the opportunity to perform in other countries. We consider ourselves very fortunate to have the freedom to do so.

Music means the world (literally) to all the members of Raising Ravens and it is our collective dream to share our music and stories with as many people in as many places as possible.

The nitty gritty is that we are funding most of it ourselves but need some assistance with covering flights and making sure we have safe accommodation.

All dates are booked and confirmed for the first two weeks of October 2025 and we would greatly appreciate any help you can offer. There are of course, an array of rewards on offer in return if you are willing and able to contribute. If times are too financially tough, sharing the campaign around is absolutely amazing too!
