Vinod and Roderick kept on meeting on stage performing with various artists around Melbourne. During a chai break they found out they would be living near by each other in the beautiful Yarra Rangers, east of Melbourne, Australia. 
Vinod and Roderick started writing music together and jamming on a regular basis a few months ago and were both intrigued by the combination of the Kora-African Harp and Bansuri Flute.
This album captures the ideas they have been working on together.
With your help we hope this project is successful and you enjoy the music we have to offer you.
How The Funds Will Be Used
The funds raised will be used to record, produce and print the new CD from
Vinod Prasanna (Bansuri Flute) and Roderick McLeod (African Harp-Kora).
The break down of the budget is
- Studio Time - $800
- Graphic design & artwork- $200
- Pressing of Cd's (1000) $2600 (Implant Media)
The album is nearly ready and with the help of this funding campaign we will be able to deliver it in early November.
The Challenges
Some of the challenges are
-To capture the best of our work and offer you our best! Most of the album is recorded and sounding wonderful so we are happy to say we have overcome the first challenge :-)
-Logistical and physical production of the creative project, the photo's are all done, the art work and CD layout is almost finished.
Once this is done, we can send it off to get the CD pressed and then send you your copy :-) Yay!
