I have been invited to participate in the up-coming 'Restrung' festival as a composer. I have been asked to write for the amazing ensemble 'Trichotomy'!
The festival is held at the Brisbane Powerhouse from October 26-28 2012. I hope to workshop my piece for Trichotomy and then attend the inaugural performance/world premiere.
The only snag is that this opportunity is not a paid commission. I honestly can't afford the return flights to Brisbane from Canberra. This would be an incredible opportunity for me artistically and it would mean the world to me if I could experience the workshop of my piece and the performance in person.
This is where you can help! I need $300 for a return airfare to Brisbane. I have some really exciting 'thank you' rewards to everyone who shares some of their hard-earned cash to assist me!
