Hysteria Magazine was a self-funded and published project that I started late last year. 100 copies were sent to print production to test the market and see if there was potential to take to the next level. They were distributed in a bookstore called Metropolis and a fashion boutique called Somewhere in Melbourne. Now that we're a couple of months down the track the fan-base is growing slowly but surely with more than 1120 likes on it's Facebook fan page. I am hoping to do a re-launch with a new and improved version of issue 1 and am in the works of trying to roll out issue 2.
WHAT IS HYSTERIA MAGAZINE?
Celebrating and exploring new boundaries; HYSTERIA is a mono-thematic magazine that includes a medley of interviews and features with notable creatives through an universal topic. It’s all about the search of interesting and timeless content. What HYSTERIA aims to achieve is to act as a platform showcasing local designers, artists and creative minds to inspire and advocate collaboration between multi-disciplinary fields.
WHERE WILL THE MONEY GO?
You always hear people talking about the 'death of print' -- the costs are extremely dear and in this contemporary milieu where everything is going digital it makes it even harder as an independent publication to expand. Your help would be greatly appreciated as it will go towards print production, distribution and marketing of a high-quality print publication.

WHAT DO I GET FOR MY MONEY?
Everyone who pledges money ($25%20) will receive a half year or annual subscription to Hysteria Magazine delivered to their home or business address.
WHERE WILL IT BE DISTRIBUTED?
We are distributing Hysteria Magazine in independent bookstores and fashion boutiques in both Sydney and Melbourne.
