KaviDisappointing execution! I contacted them to check on my delivery and I was told that apparently Australia Post is sending my bottle back to them??? It's been over a week now and I was assured that I was going to get a bottle ASAP. I'm putting a dispute claim with my credit card company. If you paid using Paypal, you can use their dispute claim too.11y

All of these credentials but you cannot address an envelope correctly and you expect us to believe this? Sven, I supported this project because I thought it was brilliant. I also supported it because I believed your story, your experience, your business, your reputation. And while I still believe in all of these, I also believe your execution has been below average (surely you cannot expect your supporters to accept incorrect labeled goods!?!? ) I know what all of the supporters are going through but can only imagine how pi$$ed off I would be if I could not collect the bourbon because of the wrong name on the label, it’s to be returned to sender etc. You have made several HUGE mistakes and provided your supporters with really poor excuses along the way (either that or you have had a nice $26,608 holiday on us). The postal service between the eastern states and WA is notoriously slow of late, but I'm not sure what day my bottle would have been posted, either.11y

Michael NewmanHi, courier attempted to deliver mine on Thursday but my mum rejected it due to the wrong name being on the label. Post Office said it will be returned to sender, any word on when they will be re-shipped?11y
