Set in a young adult Scout Camp, HUNTERS&RUNNERS tells the tale of Sarah, a girl who desperately wants to be Captain but is constantly thwarted by Beth Norris, her sexually experienced peer. But when the Scout Camp is taken hostage by a pack of gun-weilding fugitives the girls will have to put aside their rivalry to defend their Camp and defeat the criminals.
To make this film happen, we need extra funding to push us over the line. This funding will go towards helping my incredible mother provide food for the cast and crew each day, acquiring costumes and props to create the colourful 80's inspired world of the Scout Camp, the many special effects required and the cost of the locations.
Produced by dream team Ruth Morris and Sophie Hayward and starring some incredible local talent, HUNTERS&RUNNERS is set to be hilarious, exciting and if everything goes to plan, will start the careers of a bunch of up and comers in the Australian film industry! By helping us to get this film off the ground you will receive rewards for your pledges but, on top of that, you will receive undying love and gratitude from the team and I. We can't do this without you!
