Acton Brewery (Northcote, VIC)
How The Funds Will Be Used
We need to purchase:
* $3943 - 4x Commercial sized tanks (100L) which are designed to be used to ferment beer in large quantities (so that we can meet the demands of local pubs and stores)
* $549 - A Large (113L), steel pot for creating wort (pronounced wirt), which is the foundation of beer
* $675 - 2250x 330ml beer bottles
* $90 - 2250x crown seal caps
* $1000 - A small used walk in cool room, or a large industrial fridge, to ensure that the beer ferments at the necessary temperatures
* $200 - Eco-friendly packaging materials - because we care about the environment
This leaves a few hundred dollars to get a head start on taxes, organic ingredients, and sanitisation products for the first few brews.
