The fight against single use plastic bags has really intensified in many countries especially in Australia and New Zealand. Its common place now for consumers to bring their own non plastic bags for their shopping mainly in supermarkets. These bags are not so good when you carry bottles they tend to escape from the bag and roll around the trunk in the car.
I have made a very simple carry box for this purpose with larger compartments for milk containers or tissue boxes etc.

• I consider myself an entrepreneur with very good relationship building skills. 
• This campaign is about expanding on a basic idea. It's important to me as I believe if I can introduce more green initiatives it be in line with my companies mission statement. "Looking after our planet"

• The CLEO Institute‏ @CLEOInstitute Aug 13 Great news! New Zealand will ban single-use plastic bags over the next year, the government has announced. Retailers given six months to stop providing lightweight plastic bags or face fines of up to NZ$100,000.

What We Need & What You Get

• The amount of funding needed is to complete the current project, as with any new idea getting it to the market place is an expensive proposition. Not only do I see the opportunity for other sizes other boxes can be developed to carry various items of shopping not just food and beverage. 
• Ordering now provides the opportunity of placing you first in your area to offer a green alternative to those pesky bags! If you are a retail outlet supermarket etc you can offer these to your customers as a promotional item.
• If the entire goal is not achieved and whatever the result the project will continue I have the determinisation to provide a practical alternative to the plastic bag delema.

The Impact

• Recently we have seen examples in the part of the world what effect plastic bags have on sea life. This project can provide can be a valuable contributor to reducing plastic waste if I can reach a large section of the market.
