IN THE BEGINNING
I started cooking as a little girl in the kitchen with my Nana. Some of my fondest memories were spent baking together with my family. (me licking spoons)
Now I am 28 years old, I've had over 9 years experience in cookery as a chef till in 2012 when I was diagnosed with a progressive muscle disease and had to quit my career to focus on my health.
Without being around food my passion turned back to baking.



NOT YOUR AVERAGE COOKIE
All Cookie Mix Jars are made mostly from organic Australian ingredients (apart from m&m's). They are handmade and packed fresh when ordered. I use 100% recycled glass jars that are food grade safe. Most packaging and labels are handmade from recycled paper.
I currently have 4 cookie mix flavours:

RAISIN CRUNCH: a blend of oatmeal, cornflakes, coconut & raisins.
WHITE CHOC & MACADAMIA: filled with Australian macadamia nuts & white chocolate pieces
CHOC-CHIP & WALNUT: a mixture of milk-chic chips, Australian walnuts & oatmeal.
M&M: a favourite with kids, oatmeal, milk chic-chips & M&M's

DIFFERENCE BETWEEN STORE BOUGHT COOKIE MIX
The Sweet Jars Cookie Mix compared to a regular store bought packet.
I do not mass produce these! Every cookie mix jar is made by me with love.
I use Weston Milling 100% certified organic Australian flour.
The mix itself is dairy and egg free, so for a vegan cookie instead of adding egg & butter to mix you can change it to coconut oil, or nuttelex.
Each cookie mix is packed fresh just before deliver and has a Shelf life of 5 months.
The jars are made from 100% recycled glass and make great candle holders once you have used your cookie mix or you can recycle them.

I have special event labels (xmas/valentine's day/easter/birthday/mothers day) that are perfect for that little bit extra
Cookie mix jars make fantastic gifts, and I do special occasion packaging & gift boxing (christmas/easter/Valentine's day/birthdays etc)




HOW TO MAKE
Just add 1 egg and 65g of melted butter to the cookie mix. Mix through and place 1 inch balls onto baking tray. bake for 10min. Your house will have that just baked smell and you will never buy packet cookies again.

Support To Get Off The Ground
Any dream takes a significant amount of funds to get off the ground. So far i have used my own limited funds to purchasing packaging, ingredients, and supplies, these are the basics just to get my product out there.
But with your help I will be able to stock the shelves and start expanding the demand for orders through my Facebook page and possibly start on website construction. There is also the possibility I might have a regular stall within the Farmers Craft Markets.
