stevens florezIm from the USA also. As of right now, my gyenno one watch is in Switzerland. this mailing process is the absolute worst that i have encountered, and I plan on writing about it on any review that comes across. I was once hopeful, but now not even interested in the watch anymore.11y

Leng Sheng HongHave received my Gyenno One in mid july, it's working really great! Quality is superb and it looks cool enough. However, there should be an Offline mode for the iphone/android App since users will not be online all the time. How can I login to the app and change/remove Alarm if I have no internet connection? Please add a offline mode to skip login online since the only way to set/remove alarm is dependant on the App.11y

María José Gálvez TrigoHi!! I've just received my Gyenno One yesterday. I must say that it looks great, it's better than in the pictures. Moreover, it's very comfortable to wear. I'm still getting used to the "tap tap" system, but I think it won't take me long to do it ^_^ The sync with the app is good, however, using an iPhone 5S it got disconnected from the One during the night and my phone was close to me, and to connect to it when the connection is lost you should do it through the app (it would be great if you could add a feature that makes the One to automatically connect to the mobile phone when it detects it, like some hands-free systems for cars). It vibrates when you receive a call, which is very useful if you have your phone in your backpack or purse, but it doesn't work with messages (I'm sure it will be improved, it could be added support for whatsapp too maybe?). And I love also the alarm and smart alarm systems. The charger works great and is very responsive, plus I like the design too. It monitors your steps and sleep, so you can know the distance you've walked each day or the time you have slept (and the time of deep sleep or light sleep), however the app could be improved to show this information in a more user-friendly and easy-to-understand way. I think a lot of improvements/new features in which concerns of software/firmware can be done, and that we'll see them soon (I hope so). I am very happy of having bought this product, and I wish you a great success with this and with any other future projects! I'll be testing the battery life from today ^_^ but if it last 15 days as it is said it would be amazing, as other competitors offer a very limited battery life. Cheers!11y
