DameGreat idea and it is needed, But you are going to charge access to the site... you get the data for free but you want to charge access to the site seems a little unfair. And why create what is already created (http://www.rentwiki.com.au/ and free) ... perhaps liaise with them to improve their site, just saying. I would really prefer to see new commonwealth rental rules be created that locks in rents to say GDP (at max) prevents eviction for no reason, and allows good tenants to rent for 40 years in the same house if they want, and the removal of the no reason needed evictition notice11y

Greg TateThis is an excellent initiative. I think it will also pave the way for other initiatives that will hopefully lift the standards of all parties. Hopefully you can work with companies like realestate.com.au so it can link to the property new site. It will also make landlords think more carefully about the agent they are using as I'm sure some agents filter what gets through to each party.12y

Josara de LangeGreat initiative - something has to be done! The volume of stress put on tenants due to their lack of rights is huge. It affects every aspect of their daily life. This service would empower tenants and would incentivise owners of rental properties to put their best foot forward - which in turn will stimulate tenants to do the best they can. A win-win proposition if ever there was one!12y
