Jacob BjurströmerI have the same problem as the previous comment. My fastfox is found by the app but synching seems to fail (iPhone 4S, iOS 9.2, app version 1.0.5). I've tried to re-install the app but without success. One month ago I replaced the battery, the fastfox managed to connect to the app and I think it was updated with new firmware (version 50). Since then I've not been able to synch. Everything worked fine until the battery died this spring and I wanted to give it a new try during autumn with a new battery but I've not managed that. Today I also found a new app in the app store. FastFoxSports, v2.2.4, is this app supposed to be compatible with the fastfox wrist strap? You're supposed to create an account/register but it wont take my phone number. Is this service limited to China?10y

Dave CumminsHey. I upgraded to 1.1.9 now nothing syncs. 3 batteries don't all go bad on the same same. Rebinded to each band. All 3 found but no sync. Any guidance? Dave PS New batteries are on order.10y

Pablo Manuel Fernández GrañaHi, i update app to 1.1.9 and it cant find the band. I had to uninstall it and reinstall keeping it in version 1.1.4. ¿is there a problem with the updates? thx.10y

Cédric TomickiNo answer since January ! Hello, It works well until today, so during about 6 days. But today my phone can't connect with my fastfox anymore, actually the device can't be found anymore ... Any suggestion ? PS: I try to restart the app, to rebind the fastfox too. January 21 201510y

George ColesOn a positive note...I received my FastFox in January. After replacing the battery, my FastFox has been working well. The last software update fixed the sleep tracker and it is working much better. Looking forward to the interface with the Health app.10y
