Cyclesigns are unique bicycle reflectors made from used road signs. Each Cyclesign reflector tells a story of its life by the road-side. No two Cyclesign reflectors are the same!
We have been making Cyclesigns using some time consuming processes like water jet cutting and CNC milling. Now we are hoping to raise $5000 to pay for some more efficient tooling that will punch Cyclesigns out more quickly, bringing the price of these bicycle reflectors down. This will make Cyclesigns more affordable for everyone.
There are two types of Cyclesigns. With your help we can make tools for both and bring the cost of production down for both styles.
The Cyclesign Wheel Reflector is designed to be easily installed around the spokes in a bicycle wheel. The felt padding and fasteners are the only new material used in the manufacture of these bicycle reflectors.
Cyclesign Wheel Reflector Material Breakdown - 93% reused road sign, 5% felt, 1.5% stainless steel, 0.5% aluminium.
The Cyclesign Rear Reflector is designed to simply wrap around the seat post or front tube of a bicycle. In keeping with the reused nature of this project, the strap is cut from old bicycle tubes, making the felt padding the only new material used in the manufacture of these reflectors.
Cyclesign Rear Reflector Material Breakdown - 88.5% reused road sign, 11% reused bicycle tube, 0.5% felt.

Thanks for helping us get started!!! For $25 you get a Cyclesign Rear Reflector made using our new tooling. The Cyclesign Rear Reflector also has a strap that is stamped from reused bike tubes and wraps around your seat post or front tube.

Awesome!!! This will help a huge amount. You will receive a Cyclesign Wheel Reflector, punched from an old road sign. This reflector sandwiches in the spokes of any wheel and tightens with an allen key. It is super simple to install and will make your bike beautiful and most importantly more visible at night.

Once there you can choose your own road sign from his stash and he will make you a Cyclesign Wheel Reflector and Cyclesign Rear Reflector by hand. Trent has not made a Cyclesign by hand since the very first prototype, but for your generosity he will get out the jewellery saw just for you.
