Kim CuneoI have sent two private messages over the last three weeks, and have not received a reply. I pledged $200+ and have yet to receive a package, a reply or even an update since March. I do understand that the post takes awhile as I live in the US, but I have received packages from France and the UK that were shipped after March.9y
Fleassy MalayHi Kim. I am so sorry I have not received any private messages from you at all. I did send out a message to all pledgees but I wonder now If the messaging system is not working. I am happy to refund you if you want. I want to let you know where I am at. I have had to move house 2 times in the last 4 months and to keep the book safe they have been put into storage as we are still between homes until Sunday. This means we are staying in a friends spare room (my partner, myself and me). This does not excuse the fact your reward has not made it to you but it may explain my situation better. So far all the single book and double book rewards have been sent out. I have been painting the illustrations and organising the audio book recording. I realise now that I often update my process on Facebook and Twitter thinking that my high end pledgers are all Facebook friends. (I thought you were also on there). Like I say, I am happy to refund you but know yiu have not been forgotten.9y
