Norton has shown extensively in Australia, the UK, the Netherlands and the USA and has been involved in public art commissions, including a project where he launched a fleet of tanks on an unsuspecting population in the centre of Sydney in 2008. They devise projects intent on creating imagery alluding to a playful black humour, unwritten fables, or subtle off-kilter sinister elements lurking amongst a kinder-esq beauty.
