Sue PatfordReceived my onesie not a problem, sizing was a bit different to what i expected so i asked if i could return to swap for another size, apparently this is not a problem, so i posted it off only to have aus post return it telling me that Brian Linklater is not known at the address he told me to post it too. Two emails later and still no answer about why he is unknown at the address he gave me. Looks like i am stuck with a onesie that will gather dust. Great communication Brian.11y

Jennifer HoughtonAfter several emails and comments I finally got a response from them which assures me a refund will be 'no problem'. It already has been a problem but I have emailed again requesting my refund. Will let you all know how it goes.11y
Charles RossSorry all, didn't look at the updates on this post, before jumping up and down, it is explained (to a degree) in there! If by the end of the month, they do not honor the pledge, I will follow up on my last comment!11y
Charles RossI am looking into contacting the ACCC about this scam, and will be contacting my solicitor friend about suing for a refund for this item plus costs, they have a few sites so they will be track able, I am sure I am not the only one who has been ripped off, but it would be great if I could get any others that have been scammed as well, to contact me via this posts comments page! Jennifer HoughtonI checked with paypal, you have 45 days from payment to lodge a dispute so no recourse there. I'm contacting Pozible Admin next.11y
Jennifer HoughtonIs this a scam, I ordered and paid for a onsie months ago. It was to be a Christmas gift. I emailed with my details requesting a refund and have had no reply. About to lodge a complaint with Paypal and contact the Pozible admin.11y
