A Piece of the Cabin
The cabin is being constructed using a unique Japanese process called Shou Shugi Ban. The surface of each panel is charred with a controlled flame. This process preserves the wood and makes it resistant to the elements. This artifact may just outlast me. Or you. Plus it looks real cool, a bit like a charred, shiny version of the monolith from 2001.
Cabin Carbone Collection
Collection of Slumber Night Party, Limited Edition Poster, Holiday Postcard and Limited Edition Zine.
Tableware Set
Individually hand made using the same Shou Shugi Ban technique, finished in a food safe oil.
Hand Crafted Stool
Your own version of the stool used in the exhibition. Each one is individual and finished using the same Shou Sugi Ban process as the cabin.
Cabin Objet Collection
Collection of Pendant, Tableware Set & Hand Crafted Stool.
Urn of Ashes
The remains of the cabin, burned and collected in an ornate vessel (the price is the estimated cost of the next incarnation of the cabin project).
