We at Fallen Diggers Incorporate wish to continue our search for the missing Beaufort Bomber A9-304 off the coast of King Island. A9-304 went missing on Wednesday, 28th of April 1943, with all 4 crew missing. After further research and speaking to a Beaufort Bomber expert, we have decided to search more northerly from our last search point which we covered. The team wish to go back to King Island and do a grid search with a Side Scan Sonar.  We would like to locate this Bomber to give the families some closure in knowing what happened on that fateful night.
