Cory StattThank you for putting your experience into words. I overcame my own pretty severe injury a couple years ago now, and I had trouble describing my time recovering. It's even difficult to explain the thoughts and feelings going through my head during the incident as well as throughout recovery. Life is special. Our bodies have an incredible ability to, with a little help, find a way back to homeostasis. Glad you've found that balance and gone back to overcome your giant. I hope to someday do the same. Larapinta End To EndHi Cory, Apologies for overlooking this! I agree, it is very difficult describing what happened in any accident, and recovery. But we are compelled to tell the story, and, besides it is great therapy, on two levels - 1. It is excellent physio for the brain and 2. Revisiting the accident day in, day out is a very cathartic thing, like psychotherapy for trauma. Much love to you too...7y

Pilgrimage to The Totem Pole

Join me on a walk/hobble out to the Totem Pole. Plus a couple of signed or dedicated copies of the Totem Pole. For reasons of peace and solitude I ask a maximum of two people join me per reward out to Cape Hauy. It is about 15km return and the views are out of this world. We’ll work out a date that is mutually possible and just go. Added to this you will also receive a download of the Doing It Scared and Magnetic Mountains.
