David YoungDear ones, Thank you thank you at the 11 day mark. We are so moved and grateful for all the incredible support for Opera-therapea and our respective marathons. Last weekend, Margaret, Jane, Hellen, Deborah and I spent 2 days beginning to explore what Opera-therapea might become in the so very calm and inspiring environment of Jane's studio/consulting room in Fitzroy. With almost autumn light streaming through the windows, we traced meridians, music, movement and meditations. All very unexpected, and strange and beautiful and full of questions.13y
